δεν καταλαβαίνω τι εννοεί ο ποιητής. Τι σημαίνει που καταργεί το Fair Travel Promise επειδή διαρκεί πολύ η κρίση; ότι θα αυξήσει μόνιμα τις τιμές των εισιτηρίων; ότι τους κράξανε και το πήρανε πίσω;

Volotea has always been driven by a strong commitment to making travel accessible, fair, and simple for everyone.
In March, guided by that commitment, we created the Fair Travel Promise as a temporary measure in response to the exceptional volatility in fuel prices following the conflict in the Middle East. Some airlines apply fixed fuel surcharges, but we chose a transparent approach designed to ensure passengers only paid a fair price directly linked to their journey.
However, as the impact of geopolitical tensions on energy costs has lasted far longer than initially anticipated, we have decided to discontinue the Fair Travel Promise for all new bookings made from June 10th onwards.
Volotea will continue working hard to maintain fares as low as possible while ensuring connectivity remains accessible to everyone, especially in today's challenging environment. Additionally, we will continue to include our Flex service free of charge with every ticket, allowing you to change your flight or cancel and retain the value of your ticket for future travel plans, for any reason.
While we are closing this chapter, our commitment to putting our customers first is as strong as ever. It is this same philosophy that has helped us achieve the highest customer satisfaction scores in Europe and earn six awards as Europe's Best Low-Cost Airline in recent years.
