Cockpit Board Member Matthias Baier said on Wednesday on RBB's too many staff were cut during the pandemic. "Here we have to go back to a working system, we need buffers in the system," demanded Baier. With a view to the staff cuts due to Corona, he criticized: "People have become rigid on very quick solutions, which in the end led to the fact that we now have too few staff."

The employees are calling for clear course corrections: "For years, saving at any price has been seen as a panacea for securing the future and the staff and customers of our service company are completely lost sight of". The relationship between the employees and the current group board is now "permanently damaged".
